2. Use of Service
You agree to use KorinAI's AI-powered messaging app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Service or uploading any content that infringes on the rights of others.
3. User Accounts and Data
To access the Service, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KorinAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Your personalized knowledge base, including any data you input or generate through the use of our Service, remains your property. KorinAI does not claim any ownership rights over your user-generated content or personalized data.
5. Knowledge-Based Database and Personalization
Each user owns their personalized knowledge-based database and personalization settings within the Service. KorinAI does not use this data to improve our service without your explicit consent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your personalized data and for obtaining all rights necessary to input this data into the Service.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. KorinAI is committed to protecting your privacy and will only process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and for the purposes of providing the Service to you. We do not use your knowledge base or personalization data to improve our service unless you have given explicit consent for us to do so.
7. Consent for Service Improvement
KorinAI may offer you the option to consent to the use of your knowledge base and personalization data for service improvement. This consent is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. If you choose not to give consent, it will not affect your ability to use the Service, and we will not use your data for service improvement purposes.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Data Portability and Deletion
Upon request, and subject to technical feasibility, we will provide you with a copy of your personalized knowledge-based database and personalization settings. If you choose to delete your account, we will remove your personal data and user-generated content from our active databases, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KorinAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
